The library is considering purchasing a Digital Camcorder, however, I've been hearing a lot of good things about this Flip Cam. Supposedly, this little video device is simple and easy to use.
After doing a Google search, the Flip Cam is available in 60 or 120 minutes of recording time. Prices range from $149.99 to $299.
Does anyone currently own a Flip Cam? Is it really that easy to use?

I have heard/read the same thing about the user friendly Flip. We are giving away a Flip for Teen Tech Week and purchasing one for our library,too.
Thanks Georgia for the information. I will tell my Library Board that New Richmond is planning on purchasing one.
Woodville PL also told me they purchased one at their library.

You might want to check with the elementary teachers here in Colfax. Many of them are currently using flip cams in their classrooms.
